Positive: Decent size, very helpful and friendly owner who met us and showed us around the unit.

Negative: Only 1 air con unit in the kitchen so the bedrooms were really hot (and only had fans). Door off the kitchen didn’t lock/seal properly so we had ants coming in and out everyday. Broken roller blinds.

Summary: It was ok for a short stay.

Positive: We stayed a week in the Apartman Ivan with the whole family. The real advantage of the place is its size, the rooms are spacious and everyone gets to have their own, which is appreciable with a large family. Beside not being very appealing, the area is surprisingly quiet and you won't be bothered by much nice. The rooms have small couches to watch TC and relax. The beds are minimal but functional. You also have a washing machine available and all you need to hang your clothes. The 2 showers are clearly a plus of course. Our stay was pleasant in the end but could be improved with very little efforts. We recommend this place for the space and access to the beach of Znjan not to far.

Negative: It is worth to note that the air conditioning system is only available in the kitchen and despite the use of ventilators to spread to other rooms, it was not suitable. The system failed for our last night unfortunately. Note also that you need to climb steep stairs to get to the appartement and this is not very practical with a stroller, so if you have a baby, prepare for some serious carrying. We also had ants in the kitchen at some point, we were helped by the manager but this was a nice everyday surprise for breakfast. Parking can be also tricky given the rough terrain.
